For all the custom-made costumes, it takes about 10-15 working days for the costume to be finished, during Halloween time, the time maybe around 20 working days due to the heavy workload that time. I would like to buy the Minerva McGonagall costume that is $78. in xxl. When i look at the measurements it doesn't fit my waist, it would be too tight but the costume appears to drape. I'm thinking it wouldn't matter what your waist size is, am I correct?
