For all the custom-made costumes, it takes about 10-15 working days for the costume to be finished, during Halloween time, the time maybe around 20 working days due to the heavy workload that time. Then the costumes will be sent out via Express, the delivery time frame is the same as other orders, 5-7 working days delivery.
The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.
All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All Parcels will be hold for picking up if it can not be singed or delivered.

This fit beautifully! everything is high quality (excluding the gloves ) which is expacted of cosplays!

Had a little doubt about the fitting but surprisingly just the right size and great material as depicted on the site.
Little tight at chest level
Costume arrived on time. Quality is great, did not have the issue with the gloves. Only complaint is that it is a tad tight in the back at chest level, causing the shirt to shift if I lift my arms up. Other than that, cant wait to hit the con with it!
Hand/Wrist size matters
The only problem was the trench coat with the wrists being slightly oversized but other than possibly changing that, everythings perfect for medium
