For all the custom-made costumes, it takes about 10-15 working days for the costume to be finished, during Halloween time, the time maybe around 20 working days due to the heavy workload that time. Then the costumes will be sent out via Express, the delivery time frame is the same as other orders, 5-7 working days delivery.
The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.
All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All Parcels will be hold for picking up if it can not be singed or delivered.

My overall review is pretty good, the costume got delivered to me was faster then I thought it be. But there's a few things I want to note. 1. The coustume is sorta see through, make sure you're wearing white garments underneath. But it is quite comfortable, easy to move in and not scratchy. 2. The sizing chart is a bit off I would say. Ive included my measurements below. I'm usually a small but I had to order a Large beacuse of my Height. Now the clothes fit perfectly, surprisingly, beacuse i was expecting them to be big on me. But the crazy part is all the accessories do not fit me. The arm bands, belt, and boot covers are all like 2-4 inch too small to fit me. I'll have to do some alterations to get them to fit. Now I don't know if they sent me the wrong size accessories but it's whatever. 3. I just want to say as well their coustmer support team is very helpful! Since I ordered two coustmes and only one arrived at my house, I emailed their support team to see where it was and they responded in a timely matter and helped with my problem. Loved the costume. A lil spacious in the front but that was because of my booty. The costume was warm and had some stretch to it. It as speed for his and her costume.

i was supposed to be Padme Amidala with my friends and I was super worried that the costume wouldn't fit. i chose the Small size because I'm 160cm tall and the costume fits really well and I feel comfortable In it.
