For all the custom-made costumes, it takes about 10-15 working days for the costume to be finished, during Halloween time, the time maybe around 20 working days due to the heavy workload that time. Then the costumes will be sent out via Express, the delivery time frame is the same as other orders, 5-7 working days delivery.
The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

The costume is beautiful and soft. The hair and the wig are curly and soft.

I bought this as a back up to my expensive suit and the suit is pretty good. It's not a heavy material so it would be good for indoors. Everything looks to be sewn well, but I wish it had belt loops. The belt that it came with is decent, it just blows my mind there is no way to keep the belt from falling unless you pin the belt to the pull over from the inside.

Hi, I would like to order the Santa Chronicles costume. But, I'm not sure how to specify my sizes. The listed sizes would fit me. I'm 72 inch tall and have a 34 inch waist. As well, there is no place to specify boot size. I wear size 11 (American) shoes. Is there any way of having a conversation with some that can help me out? Thanks.
I recommend you to buy a large size. You can choose size 11 for your shoes

Addtl to previous question I wear a size 36-38 waist in pants, so would need the pants modified as well. Can pockets be added to pants and vest? Murray

Can this be customized? I am about 5’8”, but would wear a size 52 jacket. Using your size guide I would need a xxxl, but that is meant for someone 77” tall, so way too long for me.
