For all the custom-made costumes, it takes about 10-15 working days for the costume to be finished, during Halloween time, the time maybe around 20 working days due to the heavy workload that time. Then the costumes will be sent out via Express, the delivery time frame is the same as other orders, 5-7 working days delivery.
The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

I bought this and a hermoine costume for my daughter and I am BLOWN AWAY by the quality. I was complaining, I have never bought a Halloween costume for my child because it’s so expensive, no I don’t buy costumes from the stores because they don’t have what we want to be and the quality is horrendous. When I was a kid it was always cheap costumes from Walmart. Now its100$ Costumes online. Well I am glad I bought these , because they will be easy to resell when I don’t want them anymore because they are so nice looking. Unfortunately they don’t make dumbledore costumes for petite women which is what I am. So it really doesn’t fit me well at all it is too long and too big I got the absolute smallest size but oh well. It would fit a man perfectly. All I need to do is wear a puffy jacket underneath and I’ll look like a man then. I think it is totally worth the price. I did not see any sewing flaws the fabric is high quality, thick, it’s beautiful. I will definitely recommend this store now. If you are hesitant because of the quality and the price like I was, I have to say it is totally worth it, I can’t stop looking at the quality. The hermoine costume was also extremely beautifully made. I was not expecting such quality. Super impressed Canadian buyer here. Can’t wait for our Harry Potter themed Halloween now.
High quality Dumbledore costume
I was very pleased with this purchase. There was an issue with a delayed delivery; but, it arrived just in time for the event for which I purchased it All was forgiven!. Other than some slight alterations with the length...which was expected and easily remedied by a radially available, iron-on hemming product, it fit perfectly and was worth the $$$. I accessorized with another hat and concentrated on the hair...which I purchased elsewhere, as well. The final effect was a crowd pleaser for sure!
