For all the custom-made costumes, it takes about 10-15 working days for the costume to be finished, during Halloween time, the time maybe around 20 working days due to the heavy workload that time. Then the costumes will be sent out via Express, the delivery time frame is the same as other orders, 5-7 working days delivery.
The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

Bought this for my girlfriend and the sizing was way off. The costume already gives you an estimate of where it should be (Female-XS 61 32-33 23-25 34-35) but this was way off. The costume is advertised as 32-33 chest for the XS. The chest is only 26, it doesn't close up around the chest because its too small. Even if the waist is correct, the chest isn't and that is still not as advertised on the size chart. The hip that is advertised as 34-37 is only 32 inches. Tried to get another one made and sent out as per their return policy, and customer support kept telling me that the measurement method was different and told me to offer another 30 to get a size up sent. Really frustrating and just felt more like they were out to get money instead of trying to help. 10/10 would definitely not buy again
